Martina Armour is a warrior of the heart. Armed with a captivating and heartfelt folk-pop sound that shines
through melancholic lyrics with warm, clear vocals. Blending a musical style from her inspirations
Fleetwood Mac, Brandi Carlile and James Bay.
Originally from Sweden, Martina followed her dreams to Los Angeles and in 2019,
she made her first mark upon the music industry with the folk/pop single
“Trouble”.Her impressive follow-up singles, "Knife" and "On the Run," led up to the
release of her debut EP, "What it Feels Like," featuring six songs total, including a
stunning cover ofFleetwood Mac's "Storms" that received Mick Fleetwood's seal of approval.
Martina Armour is a three-time semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition, last year
with “Love to Gold” (produced by Ryan Corn, Nashville), a newly released song, and "Sad Song"
from her upcoming unreleased EP. This year, she was recognized with “Slowly Lifting” (produced by
Martina) from her debut EP. Her passion for music has led her to collaborate with musicians both
locally and internationally, as well as write music for film and TV, with credits on Netflix, Hulu, and Starz
Additionally, Martina's music has been recognized in her home country of Sweden. Martina was part
of the top 100 in the Denniz Pop Awards 2022, an initiative to award new talents, unsung heroes and
big success of the industry. The initiative aims to recognize individuals who are making an
outstanding contribution to Sweden’s international pop music heritage and helping continue
the legacy Denniz Pop once started.
Her music video for “Sad Song” won Best Music Video at two Swedish film festivals, further
cementing her artistic vision and storytelling.
Currently, Martina is finishing her next project, a six-song EP planned for release in fall 2024. Her
latest single "Fine After You" is already out, and she will be releasing a new single this spring ahead of the EP.
